StoneRidge Ranch Pastrami can be used for many different recipe ideas but the pastrami sandwich is makes pastrami, pastrami!
– Rye Bread
– 1 StoneRidge Ranch Shaved Pastrami package
– Swiss Cheese (or your choice)
– Coleslaw (or sauerkraut for ruben style)
– Dijon Mustard ( or thousand island for ruben style)
– Toast the bread on a large skillet or grill pan. You make also use a toaster oven. (We recommend a panni skillet/grill if you have one. If using a panni grill, skip first step and finish grill as last step.)
– Spread mustard on top of the bread, set aside.
– In a large skillet over medium heat, add pastrami and cook for a few minutes each side or until heated through.
– Spread mustard evenly on top of one piece of bread. Then add pastrami and cheese.
– Add coleslaw on top, and then top with another piece of bread. Repeat with the rest of the bread and fillings.
– Cut the sandwiches in half. Serve and enjoy!
