Snack time or mealtime made simple! StoneRidge Ranch Italian Style Beef Dippers are the perfect blend of
convenience and flavor—quick, easy, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 12-inch flour tortillas
  • 4-6 slices provolone cheese 
  • 1-14 oz package StoneRidge Ranch Italian Style Beef Dip
  • 3/4 cup crispy fried onions, or caramelized onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Horseradish or favorite condiment (optional)

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  • Lay the 4 tortillas on a counter or work surface. Tear the provolone up into smaller pieces and distribute evenly over each of the 4 tortillas. 
  • Snip a corner of the StoneRidge Ranch Italian Style Beef Dip pouch and pour just the au jus into a medium saucepan or pot. 
  • Place beef slices evenly over the cheese, then sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the beef. 
  • Optional: Add horseradish sauce or your favorite condiment.
  • Working with one tortilla at a time, fold the sides of the tortillas in, then tightly roll up the tortilla. Brush the edge of the tortilla lightly with a little bit of the olive oil to help it stick and stay closed. Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Brush the remaining olive oil over the tops of the roll ups.
  • Bake until the roll ups are browned, about 5-10 minutes. 
  • While the roll ups are baking, heat the au jus on medium heat 2-3 minutes until heated through then place the au jus in a small bowl or ramekin.  
  • To serve, cut the roll ups in half, dip into the au jus and savor this simple but delicious roll up!
